Shipping
International shipping charges will be calculated during checkout. For most items, you will be charged a base shipping fee for the first unit or set, and an incremental fee for each additional unit in that category. In most cases, the shipping cost per unit will be lower the more you order.
Shipping availability and processing time for items purchased on Artsmonthly.com vary depending on the product. When you add items to your Shopping Bag, we try our best to accurately estimate when it will be available to ship from our facilities. Please not that all dates are quoted as an estimated range that may vary based on several factors, including order processing, quantity of items ordered, and additional time for personalized items.
You will receive a shipment notification email when each item in your order is shipped. Orders with multiple items may ship at different times, in separate boxes.
The estimated delivery date for each item is based on the estimated processing time and the shipping method you choose. Receiving time (Time needed for your order to be received successfully since you made the order) = Processing time (around 13-20 Working days) +shipping time (around 3-8 Working days).
Returns
We know that you will love your designer gown and accessories! However, if you need to return an item, we are happy to help. We want to make sure that you feel confident with choosing the dress and accessories of your dreams and you're thrilled with your purchase!
When you receive the gown or accessory, you will need to contact us by email or telephone within (3) three days of receiving (signing for) to state if you will be keeping the item or returning it. The item would then need to be shipped back by the Postal Service, UPS or FedEx, fully insured (for your protection) and be received by us within (14) fourteen business days in the same condition as it was sent. Once we receive the item back at our location we will inspect it and, if in the same condition as the item was sent to you, we will refund the price of the item. The shipping to you and from you would not be refunded, only the cost of the item.
If we would not hear from you within (3) three days of receiving (signing for) the item, we would consider the item satisfactory and no returns/refunds would be accepted. Please feel free to email us at service@artsmonthly.com, if you have any further questions, and we will be happy to help!
All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging. Requests to return items due to quality issues, damage during shipping, color/style/size error or allergic reaction from use must be accompanied by photos or other evidence that clearly shows the problem with the item received. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee on all items returned for other reasons.
