I would like to thank you so very much for the gorgeous bridesmaid dresses I purchased from you. I live in Newfoundland, Canada, and I was very nervous about making an online purchase. When my bridesmaids and I first found the dresses on your site, we all fell in love! They looked perfect. I sent off the payment using express post, and it was supposed to reach you in six business days. I began to panic though because the payment never arrived for two whole weeks! I used your onilne support quite a bit for reassurance. I must say, Marissa & Paula are amazing! They gave me the reassurance I needed and they kept me calm when panic struck. The dresses finally arrived, and all five of my bridesmaids are ecstatic! The dresses fit better than we could have imagined. Not one of them need alterations done! The color (brown) is gorgeous and my girls look beautiful! Pure perfection!

I ordered the dress for my junior bridesmaid about a week ago! The dress arrived today and is absolutely gorgeous! There were a few slight problems with my order, not the company's fault, but the customer service was extremely thorough and helped me to correct the problems right away. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the customer service reps. Shipping was extremely fast and the prices of the dresses were what initially attracted me to the store. However, should I ever need to purchase something from the store again, I would not hesitate because of the customer service and shipping.

You people are amazing! Not one bit of trouble. Dresses just as described. Could have been hundreds of dollars in other shops! I cannot thank you enough for your business and your professionalism throughout this order. I will recommend you to everyone I know for anything remotely to do with dressing nicely. Nordstrom's no more, And to top it off I received these dresses long before the dresses I had ordered from elsewhere, e-mailed me and told me that they were unavailable!
